Collection prices.
Our shop displays prices in Indian rupees (INR). Product pages show the design, description, available materials, colours and quantity options. A starting price applies to the configuration described on that page; review the selected options before adding it to your cart.
The checkout total is the amount requested for your order. Review the selected items and delivery charge before you pay. If you need invoice or tax details for your order, contact us before ordering.
Custom print estimates.
For an uploaded STL or 3MF, the estimate uses the model geometry and chosen scale, material, colour mode, quality and quantity. It can include material, machine time, setup, packaging, a shipping allowance and platform costs. Multicolour printing may include additional time and waste allowances.
Custom quotes show their total before checkout and are time-limited. If your quote expires, your configuration changes or a production option becomes unavailable, request a fresh estimate. A geometry preview is an estimate of manufacturability, not a guarantee that every file can be printed without review.
If a production issue requires a different specification or additional cost, we will seek your agreement before proceeding. If you do not accept a necessary change and the order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, contact us for cancellation or refund review.
Your payable total is shown before payment. Product prices and custom estimates are checked again when you start checkout. An old price saved in your cart may need to be refreshed.
Delivery charges.
The checkout delivery amount uses either the studio’s fixed shipping charge or a courier quote based on the delivery PIN code and packed parcel measurements. If your custom print estimate includes a delivery allowance, checkout credits that allowance and replaces it with the checkout delivery amount.

Paying securely.
Online payments use Razorpay Checkout. Available methods can include UPI, cards and net banking, depending on the methods enabled for the merchant account and your payment eligibility. Only the methods actually displayed in checkout are available for that transaction.
Mavri3D receives payment references and confirmation details. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and banking password must be entered only in the payment provider’s secure flow. We will never ask you to send these through our contact form.
If checkout is labelled Test Mode, it is a simulation and no real money is charged. Live payment availability depends on the merchant account and configured payment service.
Payment confirmation and help.
An order waiting for payment is saved in your account. Production begins after payment capture is confirmed. If a payment is interrupted or your account is debited without an immediate confirmation, open My orders and check the payment status before trying again.
