About the service.
Mavri3D offers made-to-order 3D printed products and custom printing from prepared STL or 3MF models, with customer and print-partner workspaces. The business operating this service is Mavri3d. Our current online checkout supports INR and Indian delivery addresses.
By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. If you have questions about a condition, contact us before placing your order.
Your account and information.
Provide accurate account, order and delivery information. Keep your password and sign-in access private. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not access another person’s private files, impersonate another user or try to bypass role or payment checks.
You must have the legal capacity to enter the purchase agreement, or use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian who can do so. We may restrict misuse or unauthorised activity to protect customers, partners and the service.
Product details and 3D printing characteristics.
Read each product description and confirm the selected material, colour, quality, quantity and size. Photographs and 3D previews are illustrative; lighting, screen settings and manufacturing can cause reasonable appearance differences.
Layer lines, support contact marks and small finish variations are characteristics of additive manufacturing. They do not excuse a material defect or a product that materially differs from the agreed specification. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, decorative prints are not certified for food contact, medical use, structural loads, high heat or other safety-critical applications.
Your models and intellectual property.
You must own, or have the necessary permission to use and manufacture, the models you upload. You keep your underlying rights. You give Mavri3D and assigned production partners permission to store, analyse, prepare and manufacture the file as needed to provide the requested service and fulfil your order.
This permission does not make a private upload a public catalog product or transfer ownership of your design. Do not upload unlawful, infringing or otherwise prohibited content. We may decline a file or order that cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled.
Estimates, availability and order acceptance.
Custom estimates depend on geometry, selected options and available production capabilities. They may expire or require review. Model analysis and preparation outputs are tools to help inspect a file; they do not guarantee real-world strength, fit, safety or successful manufacture.
An unpaid order may be saved in your account. Payment is confirmed separately. Production begins only after captured payment and any required specification review. We may contact you about a material issue, unavailable configuration or a genuine pricing error before proceeding. An alternative price or specification requires your agreement; if we cannot fulfil the agreed order, the relevant refund policy applies.
Prices and payments.
Prices are in INR. The amount requested at checkout includes the selected items and any displayed delivery amount. Please read Pricing & Payments for custom-quote inclusions and mixed carts.
Razorpay handles the payment flow. Mavri3D checks provider payment references and confirmation status. Never send us a CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or OTP. A test-labelled checkout does not collect real money.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds.
Production and transit estimates, address requirements and shipment support are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellation requests, made-to-order restrictions and remedies for incorrect, damaged or defective items are explained in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
These policies form part of the order terms. They do not remove rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Service availability and responsibilities.
We aim to keep the site and private workspaces available, but maintenance, connectivity, payment-provider or other third-party issues may interrupt them. Keep your own backup of important model files and do not rely on a digital preparation result alone for a safety-critical decision.
Each party remains responsible for its actions as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, questions and updates.

These terms are intended for our India service and are subject to applicable Indian law. We may update them as the service changes. The version shown when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is agreed or required by law.
