Who this policy covers.

This policy applies to the Mavri3D website, installed web app, custom printing tools, customer accounts and support enquiries. The business operating Mavri3D is Mavri3d. For privacy questions, use our Contact page.

Information you give us.

  • Account details: your email, account role and sign-in details. Password-based accounts store a password hash rather than your readable password. Optional Google sign-in uses your Google account identifier and verified email.
  • Models and printing choices: uploaded STL or 3MF files, filenames, model analysis, saved configurations, preparation exports, quotes and print instructions.
  • Order and delivery details: selected items, amounts, order history, recipient name, phone number and delivery address.
  • Payment references: payment-provider order and payment IDs, transaction amount, currency and confirmation status. We do not store card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords or UPI PINs.
  • Enquiries and partner applications: your name, email, enquiry text, order reference and the business or printer information you choose to submit.

How we use it.

We use this information to authenticate you, keep your models linked to your account, generate estimates, process and verify payments, manufacture and quality-check orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries and investigate fraud, errors or disputes.

Uploaded models stay in your private account workflow rather than becoming a public catalog listing. Necessary model files and print instructions can be made available to the assigned manufacturing partner and authorised operations staff to fulfil your order.

When information is shared.

  • Payment services: Razorpay receives the order information needed to collect and confirm payment. Its checkout and privacy terms govern information you enter directly with it.
  • Manufacturing and delivery: assigned print partners and delivery providers receive information needed to make, check, pack and deliver the order.
  • Hosting and storage: service providers process website data, uploaded files and operational logs on our behalf. Infrastructure providers may process data outside India.
  • Legal and security needs: information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to handle fraud, legal claims or payment disputes.

Google sign-in is optional. If you choose it, Google processes the sign-in under its own policies. We do not receive your Google password.

Cookies, browser storage and the installed app.

We use session cookies to keep you signed in, account-role information for navigation, and temporary state for secure sign-in. Your cart, model-preparation drafts and payment-recovery references can be stored in your browser.

The installed web app caches a small public offline shell and app icons. It does not add your private account pages, model uploads or payment responses to that offline cache. Clearing browser storage may remove a local cart or unsaved draft; it does not cancel an order already saved in your account.

Keeping and protecting information.

We retain account, model, enquiry and transaction records while they are needed for the service, order support, legitimate operational purposes, dispute handling and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention can differ by record type. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.

Access controls restrict private records to the relevant customer, authorised operations staff and assigned partners. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and report a suspected account issue through our contact form.

Your choices and requests.

You can choose not to use optional Google sign-in, clear local browser data and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for active orders, disputes or legal obligations.

For a privacy request, select Privacy & personal information on the Contact page. Do not include passwords, OTPs, financial credentials or identity-document copies in an enquiry.

Updates.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version and its update date appear on this page. Material changes affecting an active order or the use of personal information will be communicated where required.
